Job Summary:As the Project Executive or Manager,you will work on high profile accounts which require excellent communication skills in both German and English. You will administer a number of projects, whilst learning about the company’s processes and clients. You will initially support senior members of the team with administration responsibilities, and in time will run your own projects as you develop your knowledge and experience.Overall Responsibility: support a Senior Account/Project Manager and in time manage and run your own projects from concept to delivery. own and manage the entire project from taking the initial brief from the client to obtaining approval to release the project to the client, working closely with the internal Design and Artwork teams to facilitate the production of packaging for our clients. for ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline. communicate with clients professionally, building client relationships to inspire trust and confidence in the Company. excellent standards of spoken and written communication in German and English. effectively communicate client briefs to the Design and Artwork departments to ensure work is produced to client specification first time. liaise with the Studio Manager, Design and Artwork departments, giving adequate notice for jobs to be scheduled for production. understand, question and challenge client briefings. briefings for internal design, photoshoot and digital artwork projects. the design or artwork team on individual projects. manage the timing and execution of the internal design and artwork process. photoshoots, get quotations, book photographers and home economists, organise/source product samples, write photo briefings etc. read your designs. that your projects comply with all current client design and artwork guidelines. full track of all your live projects and be able to give a full account of the status of each project at any given time. client expectations and make sure that all deadlines are met. and accountable for complete budgets of all projects. to ensure all projects are invoiced promptly and within company timelines. assist other members of the Client Services Department as required. Job Skills and Qualifications: have at least 2 years’ strong administration experience have at least A Level/professional standard in speaking/writing German have project management experience in the creative/branding industry is advantageous in Excel and managing spreadsheets is essential will have experience in other MS Office packages (Outlook/Word) will be able to balance and own your own workload will be flexible and able to co-ordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Attributes: reliable, good attendance and timekeeping standards attention to detail and works with precision project manager, able to manage workload trustworthy, and able to work unsupervised initiative, is creative and contributes ideas approach to problem solving without cutting corners approachable, respectful and a positive team player adaptable, calm whilst working under pressure with excellent communication skills takes ownership of daily tasks with a can-do attitude be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
