Project Engineer

VGC Energy part of VGC Group Limited are delighted to be recruiting for a Project Engineer for a Permanent position in Plymouth.

Job Description

Your role will consist of, but will not be restricted to:

• To provide a Project Management function delivering packages of work/ contracts to Time, Cost and Quality.
• Assisting the technical and project teams in development of requirements, project scope and solutions for specific work packages.
• Translate Supply Chain reporting into useable data to inform planning, monitoring and control of work packages.
• Provide input to cost and budget monitoring.
• Develop Stakeholder Management and communication plans.

Candidate Specification

• As a candidate you must have demonstrable experience of Project Management with Mechanical Systems structures.
• Experience of delivery on a Nuclear Licensed site or with Nuclear Safety implicated equipment of services would be preferable.
• HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• APM project Management qualification or equivalent.
• IOSH is desirable
