Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed project work plans, coordinating diligently with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Prepare essential project and site documentation, along with regular project status reports to maintain transparency and alignment.

  • Foster effective communication with vendors and clients, providing robust support and attending sites as necessary.

  • Adhere strictly to QA standards in reporting, documentation, and procedures, upholding the company's commitment to quality.

  • Provide technical design support as required, leveraging your engineering discipline to enhance project outcomes.

  • Ensure project deliverables and timelines are met by collaborating closely with relevant departments, focusing on schedule and scope.

Qualifications and Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in Project Control within an engineering context.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.

  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Keen attention to detail, with a proactive and positive attitude towards learning and development.
