A hugely successful and people-first global Consultancy is looking to hire an experienced Engagement Director to help lead, manage, and deliver complex SAP-focused projects and programs for their UK SAP Practice.
The projects/programmes are backed by Agile Delivery, Business Analysis, and Platform Engineering to provide clients with the full end-to-end delivery of some of the most cutting-edge and scalable SAP transformation projects ranging from £3 million to £25 million.
You will be required to work in an Agile/Waterfall environment, work with onshore and offshore teams, and manage teams in the UK and globally.
As well as delivering successful SAP digital transformation projects/ programmes you will be required to also help clients achieve business value through digital transformation and the application of social, mobile, analytics, and cloud technologies. You will also be required to lead the engagement with both internal and external partners, build client relationships, land and expand client contracts, run meetings and workshops, and communicate clearly and efficiently with stakeholders and Directors.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in an agile/ waterfall environment
Experience delivering SAP projects.
Budget Responsibility
Managed teams
Dealt with both internal and external stakeholders
A commercial focus, with a good understanding of solution and service deals
Experience as a strong and motivational team leader, capable of enthusing and directing teams to undertake complex activities against challenging commitments
