Project Director

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Director to lead the development of a large residential project. This mixed-use tower will include a hotel and residential dwellings, and we are seeking a skilled professional to oversee every aspect of the project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential development. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills,
as well as a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You should have delivered schemes around the £100Mil mark.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing project plans for the residential development
Managing a multiple teams; design & technical, commercial and operations
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Procurement and PCSA for the project
Monitoring project progress and budget
Managing stakeholder relationships and communication
Overseeing the design and construction phases of the project
