Job Title: Project Director
Location: Stallingborough
Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, plus package

Role Overview:
As a Project Director, you will lead a dynamic team and oversee the successful delivery of a high-value industrial unit project in Stallingborough. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the project meets quality standards, adheres to timelines, and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the project team, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, maintaining open communication channels and resolving any issues promptly.
Oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability on-site.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Director or similar leadership role within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
Strong understanding of construction project management principles, processes, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding £100,000,000.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
