With a prestigious client base including British Land, Argent, and Grosvenor, our client is dedicated to providing world-class service in every project. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to join the team. The successful candidate will assume a leadership role in overseeing high-value construction projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards of quality and within specified timelines and budgets. The Project Director will be instrumental in driving project success through exceptional leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-value construction projects across various sectors.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and client specifications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Monitor project performance and progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as required.
Manage and coordinate the bidding process for all projects.
Prepare and present project status reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and clients.
Negotiate contracts and coordinate the legal process.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-value construction projects across multiple sectors.
Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
