Project Director

Job DescriptionO'Neill and Brennan are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor to recruit a Project Director due to a number of new project wins in London. The business builds a mixture of commercial, residential, industrial and healthcare. These new project wins are mainly commercial and based in zone 1. As Project Director you will be responsible for managing the site as No1 reporting into the Operations Director. You will deliver the scheme from pre-construction through to delivery and ultimately handover. The majority of the schemes are large cut & carve commercial projects so any experience on this would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have strong experience of delivering logistically challenging schemes in the city previously. We are looking for a proven No1 that has taken projects from start to finish multiple times managing the technical and commercial aspect of the scheme also. Commercial experience is preferential however general main contracting experience across other sectors will also be considered due to future workload.
