You will be responsible for managing large-scale, hi-tech construction projects and programmes of work in the Data Centres subsector. You will also have the opportunity to establish Turner & Townsend as the #1 consultancy handling large scale complex construction projects across EMEA.ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Director, you will be responsible for:Managing large scale projects and/or programmes of work in the Industrial, Science and Tech sectorEstablishing the project execution plans and master programmes / schedulesLeading and coordinating the project team and the supply chainEnsuring the delivery of the projects and/or programmes on time, on budget and to the required quality standardsAdvising on the best methods of procurement and forms of contractCommunicating effectively with the client and other stakeholdersFee earning for key projects and/or programmesTo be considered for this role, you will need:Degree qualified in construction and/or engineeringMore than 10 years’ experience managing large scale projects in the Data Centre, Industrial, Pharma, Manufacturing or Logistics sectorsEstablished network with the industry supply chainProven track record managing large projects and/or programmes of workExperienced in variety of methods of procurement and forms of contractOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
