Project Development Manager

Based South West England, Temporary, Full-Time, £400 Per day, Temporary contract, 

Urgent requirement for an experienced Commercial Construction Development Manager, who can join a busy Team providing valuable knowledge & experience support to ensure a timely completion of a large scale project.

• Leading and managing project development activities from inception to completion
• Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Overseeing project teams and coordinating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project delivery
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Reporting on project progress to senior management
• Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, RICS preferred but not essential
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
