Project Developer Intern

Fuse Energy is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Intern with an interest in renewable energy to join our London based Project Development team in a 6 month paid role. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy project development. You will work closely with our project development team to support various aspects of the development process, including site identification & origination, feasibility studies, permitting, and stakeholder engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and contribute to the transition towards a sustainable future.Responsibilities: Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential project sites Conduct outreach to potential landowners Conduct research and analysis to support project feasibility assessments Assist in preparing documentation for permitting and regulatory processes Support stakeholder engagement activities Assist in the coordination of project development activities with internal and external stakeholders
Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM subject - ideally engineering Passion for renewable energy and sustainability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of project development processes is a plus Previous experience or coursework related to renewable energy is desirable
