Project Design Engineer

My client is a precision engineering company who design and build highly engineered equipment and components for clients in the marine, subsea, renewables, military, transport and industrial sectors. They are looking to add a Project Design Engineer to their highly skilled design team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning and managing technical design projects as agreed with the Technical Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and deliver project related activities.
- Work efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines and effectively managing multiple
projects.
- Act as point of contact throughout the quoting and manufacturing process.
- Deal promptly with customer communication related to quotes, orders, questions and quality.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
