Project Delivery Leader - Water Resources

As a Manager you will lead multiple public and private sector projects, clients, and a team of experienced engineers and designers across our entire portfolio. Projects include, but are not limited to: green infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, watershed, BMP, stormwater, environmental restoration and stabilization, and hydraulics/hydrology.What you'll do: Lead, develop, and deliver world class design solutions to our existing portfolio of public/private sector water resources customersMaintain, develop, and enhance customer relationshipsMentor, build, and develop a team of highly skilled engineers and future project managersProactively deliver a wide range of water resource projects including stream remediation, scour analysis, storm water systems, flood studies, watershed plans, and erosion/sediment control, in accordance with the scope, schedule, and budget set by the project managerDevelop, evaluate complex stormwater management facilities to support commercial, industrial, residential, or public works infrastructure projects Meet and work directly with other design team members including project manager, project engineers, design technicians, drafters, surveyors, contractors, inspectors, public agency officials, and clientsServe as subject matter expert on civil engineering plans and design reviews in: AutoDesk Civil3D, MicroStation, In Roads and GIS while applying knowledge of local, state, and federal design standardsProvide office and site visit support for projects in constructionDetail project analysis and prepare permit applications for oversight agencies to address the full range of environmental issues and conditions associated with water resources projectsLead tasks, plan budgets, manage subcontractors Required Skills and Experience10+ years of experience in environmental stormwater management, green infrastructure, and stream project managementExcellent Communication skills and attention to details with a team-work attitude is a mustProficient in preparation of construction plans and specificationsFloodplain analysis utilizing HEC-RAS software,Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD, and GIS Required Education and CertificationsBachelor's Degree in civil or environmental engineering (or similar)Professional Engineer (P.E.)
