Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator opportunity has arisen for you to work within a top global investment firm within its corporate engagement team.In this
client-facing Junior Project Coordinator role,
you will have
1 - 2 years’ worth of experience
within a corporate environment as a coordinator or junior analyst.You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating their volunteering team projects, liaising with internal senior stakeholders, employees and external organisations. As part of the engagement team, you will be supporting the global philanthropic efforts
of the firm.They are looking for a candidate with an analyst mindset, someone who has had to summarise and present data to senior stakeholders.If you are looking to join a renowned investment firm, then this is an opportunity not to be missed!These duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating and project planning
Scheduling and organising internal events
Quantifying data and presenting it to senior stakeholders
Organising transportation for the engagement projects
Overseeing application reviews, drafting communication material and delivering presentations
Being the first point of contact for organisations and internal stakeholders
This role requires you to be highly organised, proactive and confident. You will have 1- 2 years’ worth of experience as a coordinator within a
fast-paced corporate office environment.
You will be instrumental in the smooth running of this
engagement team.As an individual, you will be confident to liaise with senior leadership within the company and different departments.This is a fantastic 12-month opportunity to develop your coordination skills further but also be exposed to a fast-paced international firm. This is a Junior coordinator role where you will have ample amount of opportunities to grow and broaden your skill set.
