Job Title: Project Coordinator

Are you an experienced professional with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for project management? We are currently seeking a full-time Experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing small projects and sales orders, ensuring seamless communication with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and execute small projects and sales orders from initial inquiry to project execution.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Procure materials and goods necessary for project completion.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare export documentation as required.
  • Oversee logistics management of goods on a global scale.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within engineering (though not essential).
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to evaluate and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Diligent attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of engineering terminology and practices is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00 per hour

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 35-hour working week, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays.
