Job Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Wellingborough

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-5:30PM

Salary: �28,000 Per Annum

Reporting to the Nike Account Manager, the perfect candidate would be a project coordinator who can provide efficient and flexible project support, assisting the team with the implementation of the new store roll out programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, order fixtures and organise deliveries and installs for the full network of Nike Factory Stores throughout Europe. To include the management of stock reports and unit prices.

  • Manage small works projects and roll-outs within Europe and beyond, including quoting, ordering, logistics, installation & final accounts.

  • Understanding and displaying confidence in project commercials, and with training, display an ability to prepare, track and analyse commercial summaries with a firm grasp of margin and profitability.

  • Through effective communication, maintain a suitable and varied supply chain, specific to the needs of the projects undertaken within the account seeking direction from the wider projects team. To include sourcing new suppliers & expanding supplier database.

  • Support the team in the day-to-day running of projects to include but not limited to, preparation of project documentation, printing drawings, setting up project files on the internal system.

  • Research & procurement of local skip & tool hire as specified by the Nike new store team.

  • Preparation of site-specific health & safety documentation & access requirements for all relevant projects including local territory specific approvals, ensuring local regulations are observed.

  • Develop, monitor and maintain Project Trackers to provide a 'live' report of current project progress & budgets.

  • Procure & track UK stock items ensuring availability to suit New Store Schedule & small orders.

  • Book and organise domestic and international travel arrangements for team members, controlling and reviewing costs and collating monthly expenses records.

  • Organising couriers for National & international parcel deliveries.

  • Following training; preparation of Country specific Customs paperwork.

  • Other duties to support the projects team as they arise.

Please note, this role will require travel to Corby once per week.
