Project Coordinator

CSS Recruitment are looking for experienced Project Coordinators to join our growing client based in Braintree.

This role is a temp to perm role once interviews have been held.

Duties would include:

• Inputting data onto IT systems 


• Liaising with the sales team to identify customer deliveries requirements and dates 


• Completing work orders on the system


• Arranging transport for domestic deliveries


• Scheduling productions for the factories assembly team 


• Liaising with customers 

Successful candidates will have:

• Good admin skills 


• Understanding multi-level bill of materials 


• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements 


• Attention to detail 


• Ability to be able to work off their own initiative
