Job Title: Project Co-ordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Package

Do you want to play a key role in the schedule and the delivery of projects?
As a project co-ordinator you will be the key point of contact and liaison between a range of both internal and external stakeholders aswell as the client directly. You will be instrumental in the delivery the project and keeping all relevant documents and schedules up to date.
You will be working for a highly reputable timber framed business who deliver a range of timber frame construction systems across the residential sector.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all aspects align with project goals.
- Create, organise, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and change orders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between project stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Develop and manage project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

- Have knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices.
