Delivering better outcomes that have a positive impact on the world around us.We work smarter to face the challenges of the future; bringing the clarity that helps teams realise their full potential across the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.Owing to continued demand and our ambitious plans for growth, Turner & Townsend are looking to recruitproject controls managers to join our growing team, with proven track record and experience across natural resources (Oil, Gas, Chemical, Mining) and/or new energies (Offshore Wind, CCUS, Hydrogen, Nuclear) sector.The Project Controls Manager will join our growing UK Project Controls team, who work with a wide range of clients todeliver best practice Controls, Planning, Analytics and Reporting, Risk, Change, Resource and Performance Management solutionsOverview of the roleDelivering Project Controls acrossmajor capital projects, portfolio’s or programmesThe Project Controls Manager will either;lead the project control’s function including schedule development, performance reporting & risk orundertake one of the core specialisms on major projects (risk, schedule, performance)Other responsibilities include:Reviewing new project proposals/remits and monitor so that realistic, resource plans are developed for delivery of the projectProvide an efficient day-to-day service to the Programme and Project Managers in reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment, and programme performance.Monitor so that data input by project teams and others to cost and performance systems meet required data standards.Manage the production of the investment plans including funding requestQualificationsExperience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control, and analysis, both site and office basedExperience in risk management including risk management processesExperience of working on capital projects within natural resources and/or new energy sectorWorking knowledge of project controls process and proceduresSkilled in oral and written communicationProficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of digital PMO’s would be advantageousAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
