As a Project Controller you will ensure the implementation of Project Controls best practices across all bids and projects within the domain. You will also be responsible for interpreting data from controls and presenting it as actionable information for Project Leadership and Senior Management decision-making. Your role will involve ensuring the development of robust Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Performance Management Baselines (PMB) for all bids. Day to day you will work closely with one or more Project Managers and Project Technical Leaders, but you will also be part of a much larger project community which will support your professional development with coaching/mentoring, targeted training, and professional certification as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of robust Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Performance Management Baselines (PMB) for all bids.
Input and track data from controls
Foster a continuous improvement culture within Project Control processes.
The ability to establish and meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritise without the requirement for regular direct supervision.
Good stakeholder management capabilities, with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey planning information to a variety of stakeholders.
A positive attitude, combined with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, and the ability to embrace and encourage change.
What you will bring
Proven experience working as a Project Planner / Project Controller, ideally within the defence (or similar sector)
Experience using Primavera P6 to create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), conduct Change Control, Forecasting, Deploying KPIs, Variance Analysis, Risk & Opportunity Management, Project Governance and Project Reporting.
You will bring structure to complex situations, have a keen eye for detail and the ability evaluate, interpret distil and communicate complex information.
