Must have Skills:
Experience of working in a project support/coordinator role, ideally in an electrical, or engineering environment.
Experience or knowledge of the Agile' project management framework.
Experience of change management or driving process improvement.
The ability to learn how to differentiate between the project management and technical content elements of the role.
To be dependable, results-driven, with a customer-first mindset.
The ability to communicate at all levels and convey complex ideas.
To be an effective team player who supports colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft software and experience in use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
The ability to respond to change and adapt to change in priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective administrative assistance to projects, utilising project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
Assist in the planning and organising of operational meetings, agile ceremonies and events.
Coordinate the reporting of key project metrics, using tools including Tableau and Jira.
Use project management tools to support and promote efficient project delivery.
Coordinate opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, across the area and support in defining best practices.
