Their projects span from £500,000 to £5 million, encompassing residential, commercial, and educational sectors.As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Senior Architect to lead projects within the team. If you're in pursuit of a role that promises a harmonious work-life balance, engaging projects, and a welcoming atmosphere get in touch to learn more.Role & ResponsibilitiesTake a lead role in the running of projectsWorking on the production design and technical drawing packagesSpeaking directly with clientsTaking personal ownership of projects and being the point of contact for the projectWorking on projects across all stages including later technical stages.Liaising with other team members, contractors, and third parties on a regular basisProducing accurate detailed informationAttending site.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 10 years' professional experience in the relevant sectorsAbility to work independentlyARB RegisteredProficiency in AutoCAD is essentialA technical test will be part of the interview processExperience of running projects and experience of onsite deliveryAbility to deal with design issues finding innovative solutionsLove of architecture and keen to embrace new techniques and technologiesA background working in residential, or education would be advantageousStrong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues,Be within 45 minutes of commute of the business.What you get backSalary of £50,000 - £55,000Option for home working on a FridayFriendly studio culture25 days plus bank holidays - with an additional day allocated every 2 yearsFlexible hoursOngoing CPDsFree parking.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
