Project Architect Position Remuneration

  • Competitive salary �38,000 - �45,000 DOE

Project Architect Position Overview

  • Delivery of architectural projects through all work / RIBA stages
  • Lead a design team at times
  • Work on an exciting range of conservation / historic buildings
  • Occasional site visits
  • Submission of planning / building regs
  • Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
  • Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
  • Participate in team meetings

Project Architect Position Requirements

  • ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect with 1 + years' experience within the UK
  • Excellent design and drawing skills
  • Experience or enthusiasm working with historic buildings
  • Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
  • Have ability to manage day-to-day project running independently
  • Have the ability to work successfully within a team
  • Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit
  • Competent in technical detailing
  • Proficient using AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit and NBS (Chorus) would also be desirable
