Project Architect

We are actively looking for a Project Architect to join and develop their career within well-established, talented Architectural Practice based in Epsom. This is an excellent career opportunity for an Architect to progress their career within a growing team. Our client is seeking someone with excellent a good knowledge of either Revit or AutoCAD.

This client specialises predominantly within the Commercial sector and are well known for their sustainable and advanced design. The successful Project Architect will be primarily be working on Commercial developments so it is essential to have a strong commercial background for this position. Architects of all levels with strong commercial backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Project Architect Position Overview

• Work within the Commercial sector predominantly
• Work alongside internal and external stakeholders
• Work on all RIBA stages
• Prepare tender applications and presentations
• Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
• Liaise with clients and develop key relationships

Project Architect Position Requirements

• ARB registered Architect
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
• Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Design flare
• Experience of running projects ideally
• Live within a commutable distance of Epsom
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
• Progressive and driven individual

Project Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary; �40,000 - �55,000 (DOE) potentially more for a very good candidate
