Project Architect

Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Chorley, Lancashire are seeking a Project Architect to join their growing team. The successful Project Architect will be working within the health sector however our client also work on projects in a variety of other sectors. The ideal Project Architect will live within a commutable distance of Chorley and have a good knowledge of Revit. Architects of all levels are encouraged to apply as our client are receptive in their search.

Project Architect Position Overview

• Work on projects within the Healthcare sector as well as a variety of other sectors
• Manage a number of design projects simultaneously
• Liaise with the design team to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively
• Engage with clients, external agencies and consultants
• Design projects using Revit
• Work across all RIBA stages
• Work with clients and develop key relationships

Project Architect Position Requirements

• Part III qualified Architect
• ARB registered
• Previous experience of running projects from inception to completion
• Good knowledge of Revit
• Experience working within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential
• Live within a commutable distance to Chorley
• Motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team

Project Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary (�38,000 - �50,000) DOE
