Our client, a well-established, multi award-winning Architectural practise based in Edinburgh, are currently seeking a talented Project Architect to join their every growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Project Architect to work as part of an experienced, talented, enthusiastic team. The reason for their spike in recruitment is due to an influx of projects and the plans for rapid growth in the near future. Our client are open to the level of Project Architect and would consider more Senior candidates.

Project Architect Position Overview

• Liaise with clients and other professionals
• Work on a range of exciting new build and refurbishment projects within the Science & Research, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Retail sectors
• Ability to run a project and lead a team
• Use Revit on a daily basis
• Work on all RIBA stages
• Liaise with clients / contractors
• Maintain and from good relationships with both clients and colleagues

Project Architect Position Requirements

• Living in a commutable distance of Edinburgh
• Ideally Revit proficient, would consider 3D modelling experience
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Produce high quality designs for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
• Project running experience
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Good detailing skills
• Ability to produce packages for RIBA stage 3 & 4 in Revit
• ARB/RIBA registered Architect
