Project Analyst – Payroll Integration

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented project analyst to lead projects integrating our payroll software with tax and social security authorities. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance with statutory requirements, and successful rollout.
Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive requirements gathering. Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party providers to gather and analyze payroll system integration business requirements.
Contact Statutory authorities to analyze the requirements needed to be recognized/certified, onboarded or any other permissions to go live with integrations.
Create comprehensive documentation like BRD, business scope, flows, specifications, etc.
Develop detailed project plans, incorporating reasonable timelines.
Conduct initial business requirements analysis to identify disparities between them and the current state.
Collaborate closely with Operations Implementations and Compliance teams to ensure the coordination of effort within interlinked activities.
Coordinate tasks, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Proactively address challenges and deviations from the project plan.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, milestones, and any changes to the project plan.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Analyst, Project manager, or related Management position or similar role, focusing on Payroll, specifications, and data exchange.
Familiarity with integration methodologies, data mappings, and transformation concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and integration developers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
