Job Title: Project Administrator Location: Head Office in North London & Site Based
Contract: Full Time (40 Hours Per Week) Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Overview Are you ready to play a crucial role in our dynamic Property Services projects? We're seeking a vibrant Project Administrator to join us at our Head Office. You'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our Property Services Division and Heads of Business (HOBs) by managing project data and coordinating site activities. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information. Collaborate closely with clients to define project requirements and objectives. Assist in scheduling and task assignment to internal teams. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports. Support administrative tasks and document management.
Requirements:
Experience in project coordination within the Construction/ Property Services industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Project package.
