As a Project Administrator you will play a vital role in the success of our Tooling Service Line. This is a fixed term position for 6 months to support the team during our peak seasons. As a key member, you'll manage administrative tasks and provide comprehensive project support to ensure seamless operations and effective project management. You will collaborate closely with our Tooling Project Manager and Project Coordinators, assisting with administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
You will provide support for project document control, assist in processing orders, and liaise with clients and customers when necessary. You will also manage timesheets, logs, and expenses, ensuring accurate documentation for invoicing. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to assist the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support our project coordinators.

You have a proactive attitude and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential, as they will be liaising with both internal team members and external customers.
