H&MV Engineering, a leader in the energy sector with a focus on high voltage substation projects, is currently seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team in the efficient execution and delivery of a substation project in Coalburn. This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.





Key Responsibilities:




  • Project Support:�Assist project managers in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects. This includes preparing and maintaining project documentation, project schedules, and reports.

  • Administrative Duties:�Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing correspondence related to projects.

  • Documentation:�Ensure all project documents are accurately maintained and ensure adherence to company and project standards.

  • Communication:�Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and the seamless flow of information.

  • Budgeting Support:�Assist with project budgeting and expense tracking to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.

  • Compliance:�Ensure project compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Resource Coordination:�Coordinate the allocation of resources and assist with logistical arrangements for project activities.





Qualifications:




  • Experience:�Proven experience (1-3 years) in project administration or a similar role, preferably within an construction envioronment.�

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
