Project Administrator - Building Services

Salary/Package - �26,000 - �28,000 Basic + Package

Location - Melksham

Permanent Position

My client is a well respected and established family business based out of Melksham who provide specialist life saving solutions to the construction industry. They have operated in their niche industry for 20 years and have an established team of professionals in the office and out in the field.

As they continue to grow they now require a Project Administrator to join them.

The Role

  • Answer customer calls.
  • Assist/Organize the engineers' weekly planner.
  • Sign off contractors weekly invoices.
  • Process all new customer conversions/orders
  • Raise & send customer invoices on sage.
  • Raise & send monthly application for payments.
  • Plan & order stock requirements.
  • Raise completion certificates.
  • Raise customer manuals.
  • Create job breakdowns.
  • Book in engineer visits with our customers.
  • Chase customers for outstanding responses.
  • Manage all incoming customer emails.
  • Maintain and improve customer service.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Manage & build their sprinkler servicing department.
  • Fill in customer PPQ's
