An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project & Accounts Administrator for a client who is working on a year long restoration project in Glasgow.
This role will be a stand alone role, reporting into the MD of the business.
The role will be fully responsible for meeting and greeting people onto the site, reception and hosting duties, basic bookkeeping and accounts processing, maintaining project administration, upkeeping records, maintaining the systems, tracking and logging hours worked on site, supporting the contractors with queries. Supporting the MD with any admin ad hoc duties.
The successful candidate will be fully flexible, efficient, hardworking, proactive, diligent, able to work on their own initiative. They must also be fully IT literate on word, excel, powerpoint and outlook.
Previous administration and basic bookkeeping experience is essential
This role is an immediate start.
Working hours will be 9.00 - 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, Friday 3pm finish.
There can be some flexibility on the start and finish time for the right candidate.
This role is site based
