Programming Engineer CAD CAM

Summary :
Swiftool Precision Engineering Ltd are looking to recruit a skilled CAD/CAM Programmer who has previous experience in producing complex programs for CNC Milling / Turning and Mill / Turn machines.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Read, interpret and design a range of products
Interpret customer designs and then create technical drawings and programs for use in the factor
Produce CNC
complex programs offline using CAD/CAM software
and validate using software such as Vericut
Liaise with Engineering and shop floor to gain knowledge of best practice in machining methods and apply to programming technique
Update works order routings and times to reflect MoM and feed back to sales department.
Improve and work to lean manufacturing process
Inspect own work and the team to drawing requirement
Work to high standards and tight tolerance
Support production to meet the customer requirements
