An exciting opportunity has become available within the Major Works Programme, Partnering & Performance Team for someone to help support the new Major Works Investment Programme achieve its ambitious plans for the next 15 years.The Programme, Partnering & Performance Lead role will support the effective delivery of Major Works and ensure the programme is developed with effective control frameworks.The role reports to the Senior Programme Partnering and Performance Lead.
The Programme, Partnering and Performance Leads will support the Major Works regional delivery teams ensuring that they are maintained and updated throughout the duration of the contract. Ensuring that the full scope and costs of all delivered works are processed and recorded accurately in the Groups Asset Management Database.
The Lead roles will support the Senior Programme, Partnering and Performance Lead and the wider team in their objectives of leading on Corporate and Contract KPIS performance reporting within the programme to the governance forums and customer committees. Whilst supporting the continuous improvement in customer experience through ongoing reflection and analysis as the programme develops. They will also have involvement on representing L&Q with internal and external stakeholdersattending meetings, providing written and verbal updates and reporting.
This is a new and expansive team and the Programme Partnering and Performance Lead roles will be part of an exciting team, playing a key role in ensuring that the new 15 year Major Works programme achieves its goals. You will help support the team in ensuring that all business requirements regarding day to day management of the Works Programme is delivered in an accurate & timely manner including accurate data updates to L&Q systems as required. Providing support for ensuring that allgeneral administration, co-ordination and support is provided to Regional Major Works Delivery Teams to enable effective & efficient management of Contracts & that all enquiries/tasks are dealt with professionally & on time.
We are a multi-site organisation, there will be a requirement for candidates to be at our London office the first and third week of the month for business critical meetings. Expenses will be covered.
To be considered for this role candidates must have experience in the following areas a details of which should be included in their application:
Ability to work within a team and to prioritise & deliver against demanding objectives
Negotiation and influencing skills across a varied range of stakeholders
Knowledge in asset management and data management systems as well as excellent IT skills within MS Office
Commitment to service improvement and customer satisfaction
Experience of providing administrative support in a busy work environment
Knowledge of Partnering contracts, governance arrangements and servicing meetings
Ability to collate and produce information on KPIs
