Programme Manager Middlesex £45,000 - £55,000 A world leading manufacturer of safety equipment is looking to recruit a Programme Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the execution of various programmes related to the development, production, and delivery of our life-saving ejection seats and related systems.Key Accountabilities - Programme Manager + Lead and manage multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and customer support to drive programme success.+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution and delivery of programme milestones.+ Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes to programme scope, schedule, and budget.+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the programme lifecycle.+ Monitor programme performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, issues, and opportunities.Skills and knowledge required - Programme Manager + Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent+ Broad project management experience underpinned by a thorough knowledge and understanding of engineering disciplines (design/test/manufacturing).+ Extensive experience of presentation design, development and delivery including customer facing
