A world leading manufacturer of safety equipment is looking to recruit a Programme Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the execution of various programmes related to the development, production, and delivery of our life-saving ejection seats and related systems.

Key Accountabilities - Programme Manager

+ Lead and manage multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and customer support to drive programme success.

+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution and delivery of programme milestones.

+ Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes to programme scope, schedule, and budget.

+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the programme lifecycle.

+ Monitor programme performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, issues, and opportunities.

Skills and knowledge required - Programme Manager

+ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

+ Broad project management experience underpinned by a thorough knowledge and understanding of engineering disciplines (design/test/manufacturing).

+ Extensive experience of presentation design, development and delivery including customer facing.
