Together the team delivers a varied range of training programmes, from equipment management and services to training design and transformation.Working as part of the new training transformation team the programme manager will be critical in setting up the new workstream, working as part of the partnership and the MOD to ensure a new way of working for training transformation. As part of the new ways of working we will be setting up agile teams and running basic SAFe agile process. The programme manager will be responsible for setting these agile teams up, working with the scrum manager and technical leads to run and agile ceremonies, manage escalation and programme finances. The progrmame manager will be part of the Selborne Leadership team and will need to support leadership activites as well. Main Duties Responsible for setting up and managing the delivery of the new training transformation programme.Responsible for setting up the agile teams and agile ceremonies.Supporting the agile teams in escalations and programme managementProvide leadership for the new workstream.Working with customers and suppliers in joint management boardsCreate and maintain roadmaps for both solutioning and implementation phase of the programmeImplement PMX best practice and manage by example to instil flawless programme execution behaviours and processes.Sustain collaborative relationships with peers within the Customer, strategic Partners, Suppliers and across Raytheon consistent with the programme, programme element or pursuit shared vision.Act as a member of the Selborne leadership team.Below are both the Essential and Desirable candidate qualities.
