Programme Manager - Capital Delivery, 6 Month Interim Contract, £550 - £650 p/day Inside IR35
Your new companyA Local Authority based in West London is looking to recruit an experienced professional into their Capital Delivery team, on a 6-Month Interim contract basis, the head office is close by to local tube stations and bus stops, with a variety of amenities such as restaurants and cuisines from across the world.Your new roleTo be responsible for the management and delivery of the Capital Programme, including the residential new build programme valued at £285m over 5 years, ensuring excellent delivery, budget and performance management meeting client's criteria and timescales. The focus is to ensure that the projects are delivered to the highest possible standard, on time and within budget. Drive the achievement of social value and social investment benefits to ensure that we deliver positive impacts on our communities and residents aligned to the Council's priorities.As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for up to 5 Senior Project Managers & 3 Assistant Project Managers, along with indirect management of the Business Support team. It is imperative that you have a track record as a strong and effective people manager.
