Programme Manager – Corporate Banking – Business Change. A major global commercial bank is undertaking a diverse business change agenda and have an opportunity for a Programme Manager with significant programme execution experience to drive delivery within the portfolio. You will have a deep understanding of commercial/wholesale banking with several years of specific experience in this industry, as well as a track record of driving business programme execution within highly complex global banking organisations. This will including shaping and initiating programmes through to driving planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder engagement.You should apply for this role if you are/have:5+ years programme management experience within global banking institutionDeep corporate/wholesale banking experience within a major global institutionStructured, end-to-end programme management experience with a track record of deliveryExperience in one (or more) of: credit decisioning, risk/RWA, payments or ESGBusiness change and transformation background rather than technologyExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement/management skillsDegree educated or higher from a leading academic institution.This is a £650-690/day PAYE role (c. £800 umbrella). London-based, hybrid working, initial six months.
