Project Management Programme Lead will play a critical role in managing anddelivering the our clients popular BSc Project Management DegreeApprenticeship programme. This multifaceted role involves overseeing thetraining and development of apprentices, as well as serving as the overallprogramme lead, ensuring its successful execution and alignment withorganizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Programme Leadership:Serve as the primary point of contact for the project managementapprenticeship programme, overseeing all aspects of its implementation anddelivery. Develop and maintain the overall programme strategy, ensuringalignment with organizational goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a teamof Lecturers & Coaches, providing guidance and support to ensure thesuccessful execution of training & coaching activities. Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovationin programme delivery, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhancethe learning experience for apprentices. Training and Development: Design,develop, and deliver comprehensive training curriculum for projectmanagement apprentices Facilitate training sessions, workshops, andseminars (virtually) ensuring that content is effectively communicated andunderstood by participants. Tailor training programs to meet the specificneeds and requirements of apprentices, incorporating real-world examples,case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with partner universities &university assessment boards to ensure maximum efficiency & results.Collaborate with employers and industry partners to ensure the programmeremains relevant and responsive to evolving industry trends andrequirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with apprentices,ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely andprofessional manner. Requirements: Strong teaching / trainingexperience (Lecturer / Trainer / Teacher / Instructor) Project ManagementIndustry experience Worked up to at least Senior Lecturer position (orabove) Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability tomotivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals. This is a fulltime (Mon-Fri) Remote working position, but could include rare travel to anearby centre.
