As such we would anticipate that you possess relevant certifications (ie, Scrum, MPS PMP etc) and have strong understanding and working experience of both methodologies.The appointee into this role will be expert in the selection and use of Change management tools and software for planning, monitoring, and reporting.You will be a capable and experienced leader of people and in possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your teams to success, as well as building confidence and influence with wider business areas and C-level stakeholders.A strategic thinker, you will use your analytical skills and problem solving capabilities to drive business growth and improvement.This role is a hybrid position, affiliated to our Leicester Head Office which you will be required to visit frequently to develop key relationships and attend senior meetings, but with remote working options at all other times.
