Job Type: Full Time fixed-term
Job title: Programme Coordinator - PRSAS
Contract type: Full time (35 hours per week), 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Liverpool or London
Salary: Grade 4. Liverpool: £27,142. London: £30,142. Please note, for internal applicants the salary will be reflected by pay and award policy
Working arrangements: 35 hours per week between 8am and 6pm. Hybrid working - you will be required to work in the office a minimum of 6 days per month.
The well-established and highly successful Accreditation Unit at the Royal College of Physicians is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive programme coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will focus on projects to engage pulmonary rehabilitation through the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services Accreditation Scheme (known as PRSAS).

The successful candidates will:
Be exceptionally organised and interested in improving processes
Enjoy communicating with a range of individuals, developing great working relationships
Be experienced at working in project support roles
Have a passion for improving the healthcare workforce and its services.
About the role
As programme coordinator, you will make an impact every day by:
Delivering high quality projects, focusing on engaging with services to undertake accreditation processes and outlining the benefits of participation
Planning and coordinating training events and workshops, including presenting to audiences in an engaging and professional manner and preparing quality written materials
Working with a wide range of stakeholders to appreciate their needs and ensure that we provide a high-quality programme which develops services across the UK and Ireland
Organising accreditation assessments, ensuring that processes are as efficient as possible, and websites are user centric
Supporting the wider team with the delivery of their projects.
You will need outstanding organisational skills and the ability to liaise and communicate confidently with a range of people. Using initiative and being able to work flexibly as a member of a busy team are also essential qualities.
