Summary:
Are you a programmatic trader that is organised and has exceptional attention to detail? Are you analytical and a creative problem solver? Then this is a great opportunity to join the team at Net Natives to help support and grow the programmatic activation and optimisation of education campaigns.
Job Details:
Day to day you will be responsible for…
Activation
Hands on in the end-to end workflow of trafficking and building campaigns to the highest of standards with no errors and providing consultation on media plans.
Take ownership and delivery of our programmatic campaign on our Demand Side Platform (DSP) and work towards the KPIs agreed within the media plan.
Optimisation
Monitoring campaign performance to drive the best possible results for clients.
Upkeep of optimisation log and recording insights and campaign recommendations
Insights
Attend performance meetings with clients to discuss campaign performance and recommendations
Support with post campaign analysis (PCAs) - consolidating campaign learnings and and prioritising recommendations for client teams

Requirements:
1-2 years experience working in advertising/education marketing
Familiar with campaign manager to traffic ad placements and DV360 as the - although full training will be provided
Experience activating and optimising programmatic advertising campaigns
Excellent communication skills as you work well across departments and the wider advertising team

Take ownership of client accounts you will work with - understanding growth potential, contributing to meetings and providing actionable recommendations
Brave
Stepping out of your comfort zone to learn and implement new programmatic targeting strategies or learning new skills/DSPs
Curious
Keeping up to date with relevant industry trends and attending events to feedback insights to the wider advertising team
