About the RoleReporting directly into the Business Director, the Programmatic+ Associate Director will be tasked with leading client accounts and campaigns across the VWG (Volkswagen Group) and managing those relationships in the display and programmatic space.You will be expected to deliver excellence in display planning & buying for both Programmatic & Direct Display campaigns. You will support the BD by ensuring the day to day running of campaigns and deliverables adhere to all PHD's processes. As well as this you will be expected to have hands on experience in all media programs (Prisma, MX, DSP's, Adserver and analytics). You will regularly liaise with media owners and ensure the output for clients is of a high standard.About YouYou will be a Manager looking to take the next step up in your career. You will have a background in Programmatic Display, used to running or being part of a high performing team, operationally very strong, with the ability to orchestrate a team to ensure deadlines are met and the work produced is of the highest standard.
