Our client's ever evolving and dynamic team is searching for a visionary Program Manager to steer their Consumables sector towards unprecedented growth. If you're someone with a zest for taking initiative, an aptitude for simplifying complex systems, and a drive to exceed expectations, we want you!
As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing a robust Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system designed to refine our client's product development processes. This role is crucial for managing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance our operational efficiencies and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment of a state-of-the-art PLM system, collaborating with various teams to assess needs, prioritize features, and streamline implementation plans.
Oversee the migration of historical data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility while establishing a foundation for future innovations.
Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate across teams to maintain progress and adapt to challenges.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of the PLM system and make data-driven decisions.
Champion the adoption of new systems and processes, applying your exceptional change management skills to promote organizational acceptance and integration.
Required skills:
Strong program or product management, ideally from a software-related background.
Advanced Excel proficiency, outstanding communication, robust stakeholder management, and strong analytical abilities.
Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive substantial outcomes.
Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management systems, particularly in consumer goods.
Demonstrated success in leading technical projects and launching new software within an organization.
Familiarity with scrum, agile, and waterfall project management methodologies.
Basic SQL query skills are a plus.
