Job Description
Corporate Oversight and Governance Technology - Program Manager (VP)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our Corporate Oversight & Governance Technology (COGT) team. As part of COGT team you will be responsible for supporting the firm's global functions including Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Internal Audit, Controls and Ops Risk.

Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives on time and within budget
Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to drive the development and deployment of high-impact solutions
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that potential challenges are proactively addressed to minimize disruptions
Establish and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency in processes through regular evaluation and adaptation
Utilizes the lean agile process and methodologies to work in an agile environment and support the development of solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience of delivering complex technology & data change projects/programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with the technical aspects of development, enabling effective communication with technical teams
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align initiatives with broader organizational objectives
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and find creative solutions in a dynamic environment
Understanding of both waterfall and agile techniques
An ability to leverage tools such as Tableau would be beneficial
