As a Program Management Vice President in Wholesale Lending Services team, you will manage and deliver Wholesale Lending Services change agenda programs focusing on delivery on key strategic and regulatory change projects. This role will involve working closely with a broad set of stakeholders, both internal and external to WLS to ensure successful program deliveries.
Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business.
These functions include loan documentation, closing and funding, payment and fee processing, syndication loan and trade processing, credit administration and collateral perfection and management.
Job Responsibilities
Leads EMEA Regulatory & Legal Entity Change Management establish program support and governance models
Leads and program manages global strategic initiatives
Designs WLS programs in support of industry programs e.g. SWIFT ISO20022
Designs and manage WLS programs
Enhances consistent best practices program management standards across WLS
Develops business analysis models to determine impacts and define solutions
Partners with business groups to determine lending model strategies
Establishes implementable sustainable operating models
Leads stakeholder engagements across the life cycle of projects
Builds productive connections across the organization to ensure successful deliveries into sustainable solutions. Including business, operational, technology and functional partners across JPMorgan.
Delivers on key initiatives for WLS
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Previous Program Management experience managing programs or various size
Previous experience of using project management tools
Candidate should have background in banking and a broad understanding of loan product in which the Commercial and Investment Bank operate
Excellent organization & planning skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate messages to various levels of the organization
Ability to interpret business context into relevant project considerations
Proactive in driving to completion and influencing others
Team player with ability to build & maintain productive working relationships with colleagues globally at all levels and across functions in order to achieve results
Deals comfortably with ambiguity and uncertainty
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Knowledge of Commercial Loan product will be an added advantage
