About the team:
They're a progressive and friendly department, committed to innovation and excellence. The team is expanding, and we're seeking a talented and driven PMO Analyst to join the ranks. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing project management practices within IT & Digital.
The position: PMO Analyst
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
Conduct project audits to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in the development and implementation of PMO processes and tools.
Foster communication and collaboration among project teams.
The requirements:
Proven experience as a PMO Analyst in an large environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
