We offer flexible hybrid working and make sure we can accommodate individual needs.Key Responsibilities:• Administration of all Programmes related Activityo Communicating with stakeholderso Monitoring of and extracting key information relating to project milestoneso Collating feedback from participantso Collect key data, as per contractual requirementso Supporting of logistics/bookings related to activities such as programme delivery, Gametech36 events, Manchester Esports Academy, FreelanceHer100, Modern Workplace application panels and award processes.o Organisation of documents to support programme manager in evidence activity against a variety of contractual requirements• Administration of all Programmes related activityo Communicating with stakeholderso Collect key data, as per contractual requirementso Supporting of logistics/bookings related to activities• Administration of all Community events related activitieso Communicating with stakeholderso Collect key data, as per contractual requirementso Supporting of logistics/bookings related to activities• Other administrative duties such as:o Minute takingo Diary management within the teamo Organising meetingsSkills and ExperienceRequired• Highly organised• Excellent communication, both written and verbal• Ability to work with data• Experienced and comfortable in a customer-facing role• Conscientious with an eye for detail.• Problem-solving• Experience of multi-tasking and prioritising workloadDesirable • Experience of working with a range of stakeholders or other learning environments• Experience of event planning• Knowledge of the digital and technology sectors• Experience of working on public funding
