Professional Support Lawyer - Banking & Finance

About the role:
Working in the UK Banking and Finance Team (BFT) and reporting to the partner/team leader to support and work alongside the existing PSL Principal Associate to deliver the following PSL services for the team:
Transactional support/fee earner queries: Provide support to partners & fee earners where requested on transactional matters;
Practice notes and knowhow: Produce/maintain practice notes and knowhow on core practice documents and legal developments and briefings for team meetings;
Risk: Actively mitigate risk within the practice area and wider firm (for example, through raising awareness within BFT or at a wider firm level on specific topics);
Internal training: Write and deliver core team training;
Business Development: Assist the team/firm with enhancing the profile of the team internally and with business development activities/external facing profile raising & client training;
Innovation: Help identify and Implement innovation solutions within BFT to materially reduce time spent by fee earners on fee earning/administrative work.
